Delta covers a fair bit of ground — North Delta is a short trip from our Fleetwood shop, Ladner and Tsawwassen are further, so where in Delta the job is affects scheduling.
North Delta's housing stock is similar to neighbouring Surrey — a lot of it built in the same era, similar renovation needs. Ladner and Tsawwassen further south have more established detached-home neighbourhoods on larger lots, closer in character to Delta's coastal/delta geography than to the city core — which tends to mean more fencing and decking requests, similar to what we see in Langley.
Like Richmond, parts of Delta sit on low-lying delta land, so drainage is worth checking on exterior jobs, particularly around Ladner and the waterfront areas of Tsawwassen. For North Delta specifically, the closer proximity to Surrey means we can often fit smaller jobs into the same day as nearby Surrey work.
